Sashimi at home

Seafood is a cornerstone of my Food Pantry due to its high protein content and nutritional value. This lean protein source supports both daily energy needs and athletic goals. Unlike excess fat, the body does not store excess proteins directly. First, the livers converts them glucogon, which is then stored in the body. Additionally, seafood's lower calorie content aligns better with weight management.
To ensure consistent access, I've invested in sashimi-grade seafood that's flash-frozen for optimal quality. By thawing it in the refrigerator, I can enjoy fresh-tasting seafood anytime. I pair it with homegrown green onions and cilantro, adding jalapeños and Ponzu sauce for flavor. Prioritizing hydration and incorporating vegetables complements my seafood-centric meals.
Salmon is a daily staple, while scallops are enjoyed several times a week, and tuna, and yellow tail are enjoyed once a week.
