Juicing is healthy!

Juicing is hydrating. It provides water, which is essential in bodily functions and ease the kidney's burden to metabolize.
Juicing helps with digestive health. All of my juices have high fiber. That means it tastes like grids and not smooth at all. Fiber helps with building good microbiome and add bulk to stool to ease constipation.
Both water and fiber slow down digestion and make you feel full. This is great for anyone who is on calorie-aware diet.
Juicing is nourishing. The ingredients are packed with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals.
Juicing helps to prevent waste. I freeze leftover products that will go bad soon, watermelon and carrots can be frozen and stored for a while to be used for juicing.
Juicing is wholesome and for everyone, children and adults.
I believe in healthy eating, no processed foods, or refined sugars. These recipes for juices are made with whole foods. All you need is access to a grocery store and a blender. The blender I recommend if you do a lot of juicing and on a budget: https://amzn.to/3Rsn2QQ
An effective strategy to cope with sugar addiction - stick with natural sugar found in foods. Say no to added sugar. Eat whole foods, skin and seeds. For example, apple skin is editable. Watermelon seeds are editable. Gradually your body will adjust and crave less sweet.
Feel refreshed with these easy-to-make beverages.
