Baked Peppery Rosemary Salmon

While I enjoy sashimi salmon, I understand it's not everyone's preference. This baked salmon recipe offers a flavorful and satisfying alternative.

Ingredients:

  • 5 red peppers, crushed (adjust to desired spice level, add seeds to increase spicy level)

  • 1 teaspoon red pepper ground

  • 1 tablespoon diced garlic

  • 1 tablespoon diced ginger

  • 1 cubic inch butter, melted

  • 20 rosemary sprigs

  • Salt and pepper to taste
