While I offer printables for a small fee, all of my online content is free and accessible to everyone. If you work for schools, churches, charitable organizations, or companies that promote equal and easy access to nutrition, please reach out—I’m happy to provide printables free of charge.

 

My mission is to make healthy eating accessible for all. This work is deeply personal to me, inspired by the kindness and support I received as a 17-year-old immigrant in Brooklyn, NY.

My Story

At 17, I was a malnourished immigrant, but free school lunches gave me the support I needed to thrive. I went on to become the first person in my family to graduate high school, college, and earn a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biophysics. I now live in the Bay Area with my husband and 2 children. 

 

No matter how busy life gets, even during my time in the tech industry, my favorite moments are spent cooking a nutritious meal with my family. I’ve learned that healthy cooking isn’t just a task—it’s a lifestyle.

 

While it takes planning, healthy cooking is entirely doable and can seamlessly integrate into your life with the right guidance. Many of us didn’t grow up learning this as a skill, but it’s never too late to start.
